Depending of the size of each wedding we put together a minimum team of at least two or more planners and assistants to make sure the execution goes as smooth as the way we planned it. We work with a team of professionals and freelancers that are introduced to you and properly briefed before your wedding day. Our lead planners and assistant planners will also assist you during the planning process.

Ciao! My name is Tissy, I am a thirty something Dutchie, living in Milan with my Italian husband and our two little ones. I founded The Elite Group in 2015, back when I was living in Dubai, out of my passion for hospitality and celebrating life with in great company with quality food, a glass of bubbles in hand. I love traveling and discovering new places, I have a strong visual and story telling mind and I need to stay creative to express myself.
I have worked in hospitality from a young age, next to my PR & Communications Studies. From serving in restaurants to hosting galas in Amsterdam - at the royal palace - to flying around the world as cabin crew for Emirates Airlines. Which inspired me to start my own Events business in Dubai and quickly contracting as clients, the renowned 5* hotels such as Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton as well as Waldorf Astoria. All before landing in Italy, where we made ourselves at home and started a family.
The most important lesson all of these experiences have taught me? Connection and Caring are Key for Quality service. Whether I am entertaining guests at home or at an event I planned, I always love to make my guests feel comfortable, at ease and well taken care of!
