With the fundaments of the agency in Dubai, her previous experience plus a passion for Love stories and her new home country Italy- creating bespoke destination weddings & events with Italian luxury & style and a personal touch, is what she does today. Whether it is a destination wedding in Italy itself or you would like to bring a piece of Italy flair to Holland, Dubai or anywhere else in the world. There is no doubt that Tissy and her team will create an event that will be unforgettable and talked about for long after.

Since 2015

 In 2015 The Elite Group, started with Dutch founder, Tissy ter Reehorst (at age 26), after working and traveling the world, had brought her to Dubai. With a creative mind and entrepreneurial drive, as well as 15yrs of hospitality, PR & events experience, she saw an opportunity. To launch a unique culinary entertainment concept, for the UAE’s high-end hospitality and event market. Quickly The Elite Group contracted all the big 5* hospitality brands in the region. There was a lot of demand for creative event concepts with interactive entertainment and high quality service. ​

When least expected Tissy found love herself, with an Italian, engineer. After 5yrs of living in Dubai they decided to move to Milan to start a new chapter and a family. When the couple had their own dream Destination Wedding in the beautiful region of Puglia, designed and planned by The Elite Group, the last piece of the puzzle fell in place…

Planning & Design

Planning starts from day 1. Where you will get a timely overview of the whole planning process as well as the timeline of the big day. The design process goes from lighting to flower and venue set-up and everything in between.


On the day Management

Planning and designing an event is one thing, executing an event is a whole other. To make sure the event runs smoothly from A-Z without any stress or surprises and with a professional team that can assist and act swiftly throughout the event.
