Depending of the size of each wedding we put together a minimum team of at least two or more planners and assistants to make sure the execution goes as smooth as the way we planned it. We work with a team of professionals and freelancers that are introduced to you and properly briefed before your wedding day. Our lead planners and assistant planners will also assist you during the planning process.

Our team is carefully selected on their creativity, work ethitic and service orientation. We believe in a strong team spirit and complementing each others strength and weaknesses..

Ciao! My name is Tissy, originally Dutch, living in Milan with my Italian husband and our two little ones. I founded The Elite Group in 2015, back when I was living in Dubai, out of my passion for creating meaningful connections and experiences, while celebrating life in good company with quality food and excellent service. I am passionate about the diversity of the world and love discovering new places, I have a strong visual and story telling mind and I need to stay creative to express myself.

I have worked in hospitality from a young age, next to my PR & Marketing Studies. From restaurants to hosting galas in Amsterdam - even at the royal palace! - to flying around the world as cabin crew for Emirates Airlines. Always knowing I would start my own business one day, I saw an opportunity in Dubai and quickly grew a business which was contracting renowned 5* hotels alike the Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, Waldorf Astoria and Armani hotels as valued clients.

All before landing in Italy, where I planned my own big Italian wedding in Puglia, which turned out to be the most challenging and most rewarding event I've planned till date. Not in the least, as it was the last family event my father got to attend before he passed away. Ever since, I vouch for celebrating life to the fullest and I aim to help others, celebrating their Love and Life events surrounded by those who they hold close. It turned out to be the missing piece which quickly became our core business, planning destination weddings and events in Italy. A business I am passionate about and treat as my own baby (don't tell my kids!).
