We have worked with and for some of the most outstanding Hospitality brands in the industry and have an extended database of experts and colleagues from Photographers to florists and the most exclusive locations in Italy, the UAE and the Netherlands. Readily available to complement our services. We believe in uniting forces with the same level of expertise to be able to provide a one-stop, full- service experience from initiation till long after our projects are realised.
Originally from the Netherlands, now happily settled in Italy with my Italian husband and our two little ones. I founded The Elite Group, back in 2015 when I was living in Dubai, inspired by my love for creating meaningful connections and celebrating life with great company, amazing food, and impeccable service. I’ve always been passionate about diversity—of people, places, and stories. That love for discovering new cultures has shaped not just who I am but also the way I approach every event I design.
My journey into hospitality started early, alongside my PR & Marketing studies, working many events from hosting exclusive galas at the Palace to brand events for BMW and Bvlgari perfumes! I later flew around the world as cabin crew for Emirates, soaking in global perspectives and understanding what true luxury service feels like. It was in Dubai that I took the plunge into entrepreneurship and started my own agency, working with world-renowned 5* hotels like Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, Waldorf Astoria, and Armani Hotels.
But it wasn’t until I planned my own Italian wedding in Puglia that I found my true calling. Organizing our wedding—one of the most rewarding and emotional experiences of my life—felt like fate. Not only was it the last family gathering my father attended before he passed, but it solidified my passion for celebrating life’s most precious moments. That's when I knew destination weddings in Italy became the heart and soul of The Elite Group.
I see my business as my third baby (shh, don’t tell the kids!). My work is deeply personal, and I treat every wedding or event with the care and love it deserves. ABOUT the Team
Depending of the size of each wedding we put together a minimum team of at least two or more planners and assistants to make sure the execution goes as smooth as the way we planned it. We work with a team of professionals and freelancers who are introduced to you and properly briefed before your wedding day. Our lead planners and assistant planners will also assist you during the planning process.
Our team is carefully selected on their creativity, work ethitic and service orientation. We believe in a strong team spirit and complementing each others strength and weaknesses.
And above all, they are great fun to work with and ready to make your special day or weekend unforgettable!
